Hinterland....and even more: An hour’s trip is worthwhile an adventure into the depths created by the river Bussento. We are in Morigerati, orange banner of the Touring Club Italiano. Our trip starts at the reception center of the WWF of the caves of the Bussento. We descend a characteristical mule track and then arrive at the entrance of this fascinating cave: Stone steps, small wooden bridge, canyon, wells, cascading waterfalls capture all our senses. Afterwards, it is the very friendly host Modestino of the Ristorante Al Castello, who will care for us talking about taste.
